As head of account services, Felicia Collins brings clients the audience building and engagement management skills honed from work with startups and Fortune 100 companies alike.

Felicia is a champion of values-driven programs and brand identity, leveraging the latest tools and technology to tell and amplify resonant stories to bring change.

As head of account services for Purpose Brand Agency, Felicia brings a trove of experience from her 25 years as a communication adviser. She has led client work at top PR agencies Edelman and Weber Shandwick for clients such as Walmart and Darden Restaurants. Felicia served as the in-house chief communicator for Tyson Foods, Ventura Foods, and Happy Money, and led marketing for the nonprofit climate defender Kiss the Ground.

An adept navigator of complex communications with multiple stakeholders, Felicia is proudest of her role in bringing to life Walmart’s “Making Healthy Food Affordable” program with First Lady Michelle Obama. The initiative removed Walmart’s core customers’ key barriers to consuming healthier foods.

Felicia helped Tyson Foods announce its foray into alternative protein with Beyond Meat and has worked with leading commodity food organizations, elevating the scientific communication of the National Dairy Council, raising consumer awareness of pork as a healthy protein for the National Pork Board and helping the USA Rice Federation reassure moms about the role of rice in a healthy diet.
