Before joining Purpose Brand, Charmaine spent over two decades leading large-scale operations across the automotive, logistics and manufacturing sectors, often overseeing multisite teams of more than 1,400 employees and managing inventory portfolios exceeding $100 million with near-perfect accuracy. She has implemented major ERP systems and infrastructure projects, designed enterprise-wide workflows and eliminated thousands of work hours through digital automation solutions.

But Charmaine’s true strength lies in her ability to bring clarity to complexity. Through process mapping, system integration and workflow automation, she builds operational structures that empower teams and protect creative excellence.
