Her work in marketing and communications spans brand platform development, brand launches, relaunches and brand integration across all parts of the marketing mix.

The brand manager integrates media, point-of-sale, influencer activations, retail partnerships, and co-branding initiatives, consistently accelerating speed-to-market, including fast-tracking major product launches by up to six months to capture strategic growth opportunities. She has played a key role in transformational brand relaunches within highly competitive fast-moving consumer goods categories, including beauty and oral care, positioning hero SKUs as category leaders and achieving #1 rankings within their segments, while delivering triple-digit growth and sustained market leadership. Notably, she contributed to one of the largest oral care relaunches in the past two decades, consolidating leadership in the multi-benefit segment through sharp positioning and flawless execution.

With experience leading brands across more than 14 markets, Marianna has operated at scale within some of the world’s largest multinational organizations, while collaborating closely with major global retailers to ensure tight alignment between brand strategy, retail execution, and commercial objectives.

Today, she applies this background more broadly — bringing the rigor, speed, and commercial discipline of large-scale brand building to complex, fast-evolving challenges. She is an expert in brand positioning and category leadership, with a strong track record of improving product margins and profitability through Revenue Growth Management (RGM), portfolio mix optimization and disciplined investment allocation. Her approach ensures that brand strategy is not only creative and culturally relevant, but commercially rigorous and operationally sound.
