As new business manager, Stephanie oversees the full proposal lifecycle, from early decisions to final submission. She brings editorial authority and structural thinking to each proposal, ensuring even the most technical content aligns with Purpose Brand’s approach to strategic communications.
Her specialty lies in translating ambiguous signals into productive workstreams. By building content libraries and compliance tools, Stephanie helps teams work under pressure to deliver strategic communications in a brand’s voice and tone.
Stephanie’s multilingual experience in international development spans mental health promotion, access to healthcare, community policing and buy-in for public infrastructure. In more than a decade of policy and market research across the Americas, she worked with international organizations, multilateral agencies and justice institutions, as well as Cover Girl, Uber and other global brands.
Before Purpose Brand, she led research and policy design for organizations like UNICEF and the Pan American Development Foundation. Stephanie developed ethical governance frameworks, documented lessons learned and supported coalitions focused on peacebuilding, social inclusion and violence prevention.
